Our Programs

While you are working towards a degree in the health professions, managing your own health and wellness can be challenging. Our programs are designed to meet you where you are in your individual health and wellness goals. 

As the health promotion component of the Student Health Service (SHS), we offer opportunities to develop the skills necessary to perform at your best. Small changes can have a big impact—you can start with some mindful moving in a yoga class, taking a study break for Crafternoons, or decompressing with one of our adorable pet therapy pups!
