The Columbia Affiliation

Harlem Hospital Center is one of the hospitals of the Health and Hospitals Corporation of the City of New York. It has been affiliated with Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons since 1962. The integration of an active community hospital with one of the outstanding medical schools in this country has resulted in high quality medical care for the community as well as an unparalleled learning experience which has been mutually beneficial for both with the exchange of faculty, fellows, residents and medical students.
