Temporary Service Disruptions on ICRC 10th Floor, Sept. 17-19

Due to ongoing construction on the 10th floor of the Irving Cancer Research Center, the following temporary service disruptions are scheduled to take place:

  • The fire alarm system and sprinkler system will be temporarily unavailable on the 10th floor of ICRC on Wednesday, September 17 through Friday, September 19, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • The additional following services will be temporarily unavailable on the 10th floor of ICRC on Friday, September 19, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m.:
    • Medical vacuum system
    • Compressed air
    • Natural gas
    • Carbon dioxide
    • Oxygen
    • Data lines

During these upcoming service disruptions, fire guards will be patrolling the entire 10th floor. For all fire emergencies, call Public Safety, 305-7979, and 911. In case any issues arise, representatives from CUMC Facilities will be on duty during the temporary service disruptions. CUMC Public Safety is also available to assist with any building or other issues. For routine matters, call 305-8100; for on-campus emergencies, call 305-7979.
