Mail and Deliveries
The mailrooms at the medical center campus are listed below. You can also learn more about our loading docks.
For non-residential buildings, representatives from each department or division typically pick up mail at these central locations and distribute it among their respective colleagues.
Please note: We do not lend out dollies to transport equipment or packages.

|Irving Cancer Research Center||Loading dock area||1–4 p.m.|
|Lasker Biomedical Research Building||Loading dock area||8 a.m.–4 p.m.|
|Russ Berrie Medical Science Pavilion||Loading dock area||8 a.m.–12 noon|
|Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons Building||First Floor, Room 1-420||8 a.m.–4 p.m.|
Tenants of these buildings can pick up their mail in the following areas:

|154 Haven Ave.||Lobby||Tenants can pick up their packages with the door attendants of Tower 2.|
|390 Fort Washington Ave.||Lobby||Packages can be delivered to the lobby; however, if a package needs a signature, you must sign. Security will not sign or hold packages.|
|Bard Hall||Lobby||Packages can be picked up at the Bard Hall Mailroom, Room 109, open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.|
|Georgian Residence||Lobby||Students living in Georgian Residence can pick up their packages at the Bard Hall Mailroom, Room 109, open Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.|
|Tower 1||Lobby||Tenants can pick up their packages from the door attendants of Tower 1.|
|Towers 2 and 3||Tower 2 Lobby||Tenants can pick up their packages from the door attendants of their respective buildings.|
