CUMC Facilities Management launches new website, Aug. 30
CUMC Facilities Management and Campus Services is providing greater service to our customers through two new digital forays: a redesigned website and a new work order system.
Our new web environment builds on feedback we received from you, our customers, over the past year. Look out for:
- A more intuitive organizational structure
- Mobile-friendly responsiveness
- Updated, accurate content
- An interactive campus map
- Images and floor plans for the residential buildings
- A robust portfolio of capital projects
- An easy way to check in on alerts and outages

New Work Order System
We will be launching a new web-based work order application in the coming days to help you submit work orders easier than ever before. Our new system will send you automated emails, and our Customer Service Center is here to answer any of your follow-up phone calls or answer any urgent inquiries.
