  • Walter Dodson

    Customer Experience Manager, Strategic Communications

    With more than 12 years of call center and customer service leadership and management experience, Walter Dodson now serves as the customer experience manager for the Strategic Communications team in Facilities Management. While his primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day activities of the department’s Customer Service team, Walter will also be heavily involved in coordinating successful outreach opportunities with other departments and teams around the campus.

    Walter previously served as manager of the Patient Support Center for the William F. Ryan Community Health Network, where he helped create and implement a customer service and call center training system, as well as a call quality evaluation system and a departmental handbook. He also held similar leadership roles with Metropolitan Jewish Health Systems and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Inc. 

    Walter has a bachelor of science in business management from Norfolk State University, located in his native Norfolk, Virginia. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

    Service Representative, Customer Service Center

    For over 25 years, Joan Hill-Golding has been a valued member of Columbia University Irving Medical Center. As a service representative at the Facilities Customer Service Center, she fields daily requests and inquiries related to CUIMC facilities, connecting customers with solutions.

  • Christine Jennette

    Service Representative, Customer Service Center

    Christine Jennette joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center in early 2015. As a service representative, she plays a key role in providing thorough, effective service by fielding phone calls and emails received by the Facilities Customer Service Center.

  • Iliana Lopez-Millan

    Classroom Scheduling Coordinator (Temporary)

    Iliana Lopez-Millan joined the Strategic Communications team in early 2019 as the temporary classroom scheduling coordinator. In this role, she oversees all academic and non-academic classroom requests for many of the CUIMC classrooms. Before joining CUIMC, Iliana worked at the Comodo Group, Stevens Institute of Technology, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and Rutgers University.
