CUIMC Facilities Customer Service Center

Situations that require immediate attention and pose a life safety or health hazard or may cause major property damage, such as floods, should be immediately reported to us at 212-305-HELP (4357), option 3. After-hours and weekends, please call CUIMC Public Safety 212-305-8100 and a mechanic will be dispatched to address the issue.
