Haven Plaza Project

As part of the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) Plaza Program, Haven Plaza will provide an open, public space for students, faculty, and the surrounding community to enjoy the outdoors in a plaza environment that stimulates engagement and collaboration.

The interim plaza will be located along the existing Haven Ave. from the south side of West 169th St. to Ft. Washington Ave., as well as private property immediately adjacent to the Allan Rosenfield Building and the Neurological Institute. The plaza project aims to create a pedestrian-oriented space for the community to socialize and enjoy outdoor activities.
