Still searching for housing? Consider Subletting at CUIMC

Did you know CUIMC affiliates qualify to sublet an on-campus housing unit? This includes individuals doing rotations at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center during the summer months.

If you need housing for a period when our short-term housing is not available, request the most request sublet list from the Office of Housing Services at cumc.housing@columbia.edu.

You can also seek alternate housing options through Columbia’s Off-Campus Housing Assistance (OCHA) office. If you have not been assigned your UNI (University Network ID) yet, don’t worry. You don't need to have a UNI to search; simply sign in as a guest. If you have questions about OCHA, email ocha@columbia.edu or call 212-854-2773.
