    With more than 12 years of call center and customer service leadership and management experience, Walter Dodson now serves as the customer experience manager for the Strategic Communications team in Facilities Management. While his primary responsibility is managing the day-to-day activities of the department’s Customer Service team, Walter will also be heavily involved in coordinating successful outreach opportunities with other departments and teams around the campus.

    Walter previously served as manager of the Patient Support Center for the William F. Ryan Community Health Network, where he helped create and implement a customer service and call center training system, as well as a call quality evaluation system and a departmental handbook. He also held similar leadership roles with Metropolitan Jewish Health Systems and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Inc. 

    Walter has a bachelor of science in business management from Norfolk State University, located in his native Norfolk, Virginia. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.

    For over 25 years, Joan Hill-Golding has been a valued member of Columbia University Irving Medical Center. As a service representative at the Facilities Customer Service Center, she fields daily requests and inquiries related to CUIMC facilities, connecting customers with solutions.

  • Patricia Infante De Rozon

    Manager, Classroom Resources

    Patricia Infante De Rozon is the administrator for 25Live, the scheduling system for Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She schedules classrooms for academic and non-academic activities in coordination with CUIMC schools and programs. This includes collecting information related to their academic classroom needs for all three major terms and the proper assignment of resources. Patricia also works closely with other departments to properly address any classroom issues that may arise in order to avoid disruptions to academic and non-academic events.

    Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in computer software engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in her native Santiago, Dominican Republic.

    Christine Jennette joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center in early 2015. As a service representative, she plays a key role in providing thorough, effective service by fielding phone calls and emails received by the Facilities Customer Service Center.

    For more than five years, Tiffany Lawrence has served the CUIMC Facilities Customer Service Center by being a first point of contact for customers from across the campus, working to ensure they receive timely, accurate responses to their inquiries.

  • Gina Rodriguez

    Communications and Special Projects Coordinator, Strategic Communications

    Gina Rodriguez is responsible for developing and coordinating a range of written, electronic, and multimedia content in support of various division-wide and department-specific marketing and communications efforts. She project managed the launch of the CUIMC Facilities Management and Campus Services website in late 2017, followed by the Faculty Club website in early 2018.

    Before joining the Facilities Management and Campus Services team, she was the editorial assistant in the Office of Communications at New York University School of Law. During her tenure there, Gina wrote about the law faculty's research for the website and the annual magazine. She also led and supported redesign efforts for various school web properties, working very closely with key stakeholders and the editorial and design teams to create content that was both visually engaging and user-friendly.

    Gina holds an MFA in creative writing from New York University and a BA in English and Spanish from Amherst College.
