"I'm feeling lonely because I'm having trouble connecting with my new classmates."

"Everyone seems to be on top of their schoolwork while I'm
feeling more and more overwhelmed."

"I have a problem, but I don't know if it's important enough that I should see someone about it."

"I'm sick of Sketchy Deli, and would like to know how anyone eats healthy in Washington Heights."

First year is a difficult time of transition, and we know that many of you have concerns about academic, social, and personal issues.  We are a diverse group of committed second year students who are here to support members of the first year class tackle any problem.  We offer counseling services to students who are experiencing difficulty due to anxiety, academics, relationship issues, adjustment problems, and many more.  No issue is too big or insignificant that we can't offer counseling and helpful resources.  As second years, we hope that our experiences in first year will help you to navigate some of the difficulties you may encounter.

All contact with PSN members is strictly confidential. You may email the group at peersuppor@columbia.edu.
