wellness mini-courses

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction: A mini-course for those who often find themselves postponing enjoyable or important activities in life because of competing concerns, such as time, lack of money, your living situation, etc...?  Do you often say "Only after I have dealt with my current problems can I move on to do something else."?   Explore the stressors in your life by raising awareness regarding the amount of time and energy you spend focusing on issues from the past and concerns about the future.  This workshop will assist you in cultivating a greater awareness of the present and help you develop techniques to manage the stressors in your life that prevent you from being mindful of 'the here and now.'  This workshop is based in part on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD & founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.be well
