What to expect at a wellness counseling session?

  • A welcoming, confidential atmosphere – we do not keep records of specific issues, complaints, or problems.  The CSW will not report the names of visitors to the office and will not act without permission, except in cases of imminent serious risk to individual safety, or if required by law.
  • A skilled and qualified professional who will help you talk through your concerns.
  • An environment free of judgment or retribution.
  • To leave with a personalized action plan detailing a menu of options for making the changes you desire, including the option of returning to the CSW for follow-up.
