About Me: I came to Columbia straight out of college and was initially attracted to its well-rounded students and support of non-academic pursuits. It was definitely a big change after four years in Southern California but I am having a blast exploring New York, soaking up culture and trying to spend as much time outdoors as possible. I'm really looking forward to helping new first years find that while med school can be painful at times, it is also tons of fun, and that our classmates are our best resources for help with school and also our best distractions!
