Fees are additive: In addition to these fees, you are required to pay the SHS fee of $1,140 per person covered. For example, coverage for a student and spouse will cost ($3,467 + $1,140) + ($5,276 + $1,140) = $11,023 Total
Students and their partners are required to enroll in Student Health Service in order to enroll in
the Student Health Insurance Plan. Dependents are not required to enroll in Student Health Service.
