Free Flu Vaccine is now available for all students enrolled in the Student Health Service! Protect your patients, your family and friends as well as yourself. Participation in the flu vaccine immunization program is mandatory for all clinical students at CUMC. If you have a medical contraindication to the vaccine, or strong objections to receiving it, you may sign a declination form.
