2009-10 Application Deadlines

Accepted P&S or CDM students should submit the following material by March 20th (unless otherwise stated) or two weeks after they are admitted, whichever is later

ALL Returning students should submit the following material by March 20th (unless otherwise stated)

	*FAFSA
	*Aid Type Request Form (for P&S) or (for CDM)
	*Need Access Application
	*Scholarship for Disadvantaged Students Form
	*Activity Sheet for MD only Entering Student or Returning Student
	*Copy of Permanent Resident Card
	International Student and Family Questionnaire (medical students only)*
	*Married Student Budget

April 15	2008 Federal Income Tax Returns with all* schedules*
April 15	Business/Farm Supplement and tax return where applicable
May 1	Required letter for Interschool Scholarships eligibility
Verification Form	Three weeks from the date on the cover letter which will accompany the Verification Worksheet
Sept. 30	All required information must be in for consideration of school loans and grants. After this date, students will be ineligible for school funds for the current academic year, and consideration will be given only for external loans (Federal Stafford, Federal Unsubsidized Stafford, GradPLUS and "alternative" loans).
