Payment Methods

There are a number of payment methods accepted by the University:

• Cash
• Check or Money Order
• Wire
• Online Checking
• Payment Plan
• Credit Card

You may view your current student account balance on Student Services On-Line (SSOL) using your Network ID and Password.

If you are sending payment by mail, payments must be received, not simply postmarked, by the due date in order to avoid late payment charges. Checks must be in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank. Do not mail cash.

Payments can be made in person at the SAS Cashiering office at 650 West 168th Street, Black Building, Room 1-127, New York, New York. You can also make payments on the Morningside campus.

All payments should indicate the student's name and social security number or Columbia University nine-digit identification number for proper posting.
