Grades

Several methods maybe used to access your current grades:

1. Via Student Services on Line(SSOL).
2. By phone: call (212) 854-7373 (please have your pin number available).
3. In person at 1-141 Black Bldg.
4. Fax a request to (212) 305-1590. When submitting a fax please give us:
   • Full Name
   • Student ID
   • School and term needed
   • Signature
5. If you need a printout of grades for reimbursement or other purposes, please feel free to call one of our student representatives at (212) 342-4790. Grade reports will not be faxed out but mailed to you.

Grade Changes

Grade changes must be initiated by the instructor, and in most cases, approved by the Student Affairs/Services Office. Once the above office has approved the grade change, it is forwarded to our office. Upon receipt of the grade change, it then takes approximately two business days to appear on SSOL. Students who are concerned about whether a grade change has been submitted, should first inquire with the instructor or the Dean's Office.
