Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in New York held Spring Festival Reception

On Feb. 16th, 2009, Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in New York held Spring Festival Reception. Columbia University Medical Center Chinese Students and Scholars Association representatives was invited, together with other Chinese students, scholars, experts and some American guests from eastern U.S.

Consul General Mr. Keyu Peng gave a speech to glow with enthusiasm. He, on behalf of the consulate, wished everyone a happy new year. He concluded year 2008, which is unique to China and encouraged everyone to contribute to the development of China as well as a better China-U.S. relationship.
