As the health promotion component of the Student Health Service (SHS), we offer opportunities to develop the skills necessary to perform at your best. Small changes can have a big impact and you can start by getting moving in a yoga or Pilates class, taking a study break for Crafternoons, or decompressing with one of our adorable pet therapy pups!
