Scott Hammer, M.D., The Harold C. Neu Professor of Infectious Diseases and professor of epidemiology has been awarded a $19.7 million NIH grant to establish the Columbia Collaborative HIV/AIDS Clinical Trials Unit. The unit brings together investigators at CUMC, the New York Blood Center and the Harlem Family Center of Harlem Hospital.
