The new Columbia Alumni Center opened in Fall 2009 to help more than 285,000 Columbia alumni access University resources and catch up on the latest University news, check e-mail, explore alumni benefits, peruse a yearbook, or just have a cup of coffee in the center’s first-floor welcome center.
The welcome center has a lounge, library, seminar room, and courtesy office. The center also houses the University’s Office of Alumni and Development and the Columbia College Office of Alumni Affairs and Development.
The alumni center, at 622 W. 113 St. (between Broadway and Riverside Drive), is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
More than 400 alumni attended the official opening in October 2009 during Homecoming.
Alumni can take a virtual tour of the center at http://alumni.columbia.edu/alumnicenter/CACSlideshow1.mov or visit the center online at http://alumni.columbia.edu/visit/s5_5.html
