Paul MaddonPaul Maddon, who received both M.D. and Ph.D. degrees in 1988, has been appointed vice chairman of the board of directors of Progenics Pharmaceuticals, a company he co-founded in 1986 while an M.D./Ph.D. student at Columbia. In addition to assuming the newly created vice chairman position, he will continue as chief science officer and board member. Read the company announcement for more information.
