Ephraim EnglemanEphraim P. Engleman turned 100 March 24, 2011. California Gov. Jerry Brown issued a proclamation celebrating his birthday, and he was featured in newspaper and online articles and TV interviews, including one with Robert Bazell of NBC News, which aired on the network’s evening newscast on July 26, 2011. He and his wife, Jean, celebrated 70 years of marriage recently. He has been at UCSF since 1948 and continues to see patients at the Rosalind Russell Medical Research Center for Arthritis, which he directs. Links to articles and videos about his birthday:
