ON THE COVER: Ten groups of 15 rising third-year P&S students spent time in the Washington Heights community in June as part of TeamWoRx, the annual exercise to help students bond with fellow students in their rotation groups. This year’s exercise was different; it combined the bonding with a service-learning project. One rotation group turned over soil at a local elementary school to allow the children to start planting in the school’s garden. Shown here are Joann Kang’08 and Eric M. Black’08. The P&S Students article about TeamWoRx begins here

P&S is published three times a year for alumni, faculty, students, and other supporters of the College of Physicians & Surgeons. It is published by the college and the P&S Alumni Association through the Office of External Relations.
