The Division of Child and Adolescent Health has a growing research portfolio with funding from National Institutes of Health, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Health Resources Services Administration, as well as from state and foundation sources. Research in the Division has a heavy emphasis on prevention and health promotion particularly for underserved and minority populations with the goal of improving the lives and well-being of children and adolescents and their families.
