Harvey Finds a Home

Dr. O. Alan Rose, P&S class of 1936, donated funds to establish a special cardiovascular teaching room in which "Harvey," the cardiovascular model, is now housed. Dr. Rose, center, is shown with his wife, Dr. Frances Bailen Rose, and Dr. Donald Tapley, senior deputy vice president and P&S alumni professor of medicine, at a dedication ceremony held by the P&S Alumni Association. A plaque unveiled at the Hammer Health Sciences Center designates the room the O. Alan Rose, M.D., Class of 1936 Cardiovascular Teaching Room.
