Meet the New Commanding Officer

The Community Affairs and Security departments introduced the new commanding officer of the 33rd precinct of the New York Police Department, Deputy Inspector Joanne Jaffe, at a breakfast Jan. 19 at the Faculty Club. She is shown here visiting with members of the faculty and staff. Ms. Jaffe's sister, Dr. Margot Jaffe, is assistant professor of pediatric dentistry in the School of Dental and Oral Surgery.
