While tutorials for the services below are all found in our website, we understand that some prefer print-formatted versions for easy reference as you're following instructions. Links below are the PDF version of common instructions, most are geared for new students but can be used by faculty and staff as well. The Service Desk on the 2nd floor of Hammer also keeps printed copies of the instructions for students' convenience.

Note that some PDFs may be a shorter version or may not include helpful troubleshooting steps. Be sure to search the Knowledge Base for more detailed, online instructions if needed.
