Quick Message
1. Dial the voice mail system number
2. Wait for an answer
3. Press * (asterisk)
4. Enter the 7 digit number of the desired recipient
5. Record your message |
Time and Date Stamp
Press while listening to the message to hear the time and date it was sent

Forward a Message
Allows you to forward a message. If desired you will have to return to the voice mail system to delete the message that was forwarded. |

Immediately Call
While listening to a message dial 14 to call the extension that left the message. You will automatically leave the voice mail system to make the call and must go back into voice mail to delete the message. |

Reply to Sender
This allows you to leave a voice message for the sender, without ringing their extension. |

Exit
You must dial 99 when ready or the messages that have been marked for deletion will not be deleted. |
