Additional Troubleshooting
If you are still not able to connect to Athens, check the following:
- Your computer should have all of its recent Windows Updates
- Your wireless card may require software updates - visit the manufacturer's web site to look for downloads or updates
- The BIOS on your computer may need updating as well
NOTE: If you are not able to see any the appropriate required encryption settings when you attempt to Manually create a network profile as noted above, your wireless card may need to be updated. If updates do not resolve the issue, the card may be too old or does not support the required encryption to use Athens.
