Current faculty, staff and students are eligible to use a range of Microsoft programs through a CUIMC site license. While some are available for free, such as Microsoft 365, other services may require departmental or school approval and billing information.
IMPORTANT: CUIMC Duo MFA is required for CUIMC email and Microsoft 365 when using them from off campus. See instructions on how to Use Duo with Email and Microsoft 365 if needed.
Looking for other programs used at CUIMC? See the Applications and Access page.
Details
Please be sure you have read and understood all information on the pages for each service or program before requesting or using it. Some features may not be available or use may be restricted, often to ensure compliance with University policy and CUIMC procedures and requirements.
When signing in to any program, please use your CUIMC email address and its password. Using another account will not sign you in to the version licensed for CUIMC.
As stated above, if you ever need to sign in to any Microsoft 365 app (including your CUIMC email) from off campus you will also need to use Duo multifactor authentication (MFA) as a final sign in step, such as accepting a notification prompt on your phone or tablet, entering a one time use passcode, or answering an automated phone call.
