Using Outlook on Windows for CUMC Email

Outlook for Windows computers is part of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs that is free to current CUMC faculty, staff and students. It is one of the CUMC IT standard supported email clients for Windows, and offers best compatibility with CUMC's Exchange/Office 365 ( email accounts.

More tutorials are available on the Microsoft website, we've linked commonly used features below. Some instructions vary depending on the version of Outlook you are using.
Windows users at CUMC should be on Outlook version 2016 or 2013. If you have Outlook 2010 please upgrade to a newer version as it is not fully compatible with Office 365.
