Outlook for Windows computers is part of the Microsoft 365 Apps suite of programs that is free to current CUIMC faculty, staff, and students. It is one of  CUIMC IT's standard supported email clients for Windows, and offers best compatibility with CUIMC's Exchange/Microsoft 365 (@cumc.columbia.edu) email accounts

Microsoft offers the following tutorials and more on their website.  Note that some instructions vary depending on the version of Outlook you are using.  Windows users at CUIMC should be on Outlook for Microsoft 365 Apps or Outlook 2019. If you have an older version please upgrade as it may not be fully compatible with Microsoft 365, and may no longer be receiving security updates from Microsoft.
