After Migration - Outlook on Macintosh

Instructions below can help with issues if you recently removed your email profile and set it up again.
They are detailed to include possible errors, though most will not experience them.
  1. If you see a prompt that your mailbox has changed and you must restart Outlook, completely close and re-open Outlook. It may also help to completely shut down and power up your Mac again.
  2. After restarting you may see an Office 365 login prompt. Be sure your full CUMC email account is entered as the username, then type in your email password and click Sign In.

  4. After signing in, Outlook will open as usual. If you see a message that Outlook was redirected to the server..., check the box next to the Always use my response for this server option, then click the Allow button in the lower right.

Troubleshooting
NOTE: If issues prevent you from using Outlook on your computer, you can use Web Outlook while they are being resolved.
