After Migration - Android Devices

Instructions below help with using your Android device if you recently removed and re-added your CUMC email profile to fix issues with connecting.

Steps may differ due to the variety of Android manufacturers, versions and mail apps being used.
  1. When first opening your Mail or Outlook app, you will be prompted to login. Be sure your full CUMC email address appears in any username field, and type in your email password.

  3. Tap Sign in/continue to log in. The app may take a moment to connect to your migrated email account.
  4. If prompted to add another account, tap Skip.
  5. The app may display tips for using it with your email account, follow prompts to review or skip as desired.
  6. Your CUMC email will appear as usual.
