Configuring Outlook for your Exchange Account
If you have recently received an Exchange account from CUMC IT, a technician may be able to complete this for you. Please refer to the information you received when the account was created in order to confirm what you should do next.
What version of Outlook am I using?
Select Help from the upper left menu within Outlook, then About Outlook. It should list the full program version and year near the top of the About Microsoft Office Outlook window. If you are using a different version of Outlook, some of the tutorials may still help though options and menus could be slightly different.
