Classroom Technology Support manages many rooms on campus that are used for academic courses, events and conferences. See the table below for a complete list of the rooms we manage and their capacity.
Almost all rooms (those marked with *) have the standard eRoom podium, audio/visual and computer set up. To view photographs and equipment information for each room please click on the room name. Detailed information on scheduling, room use rules, equipment, tutorials and more are linked to the left.
As with the rest of the campus, Facilities manages aspects such as custodial services, furniture set up and moving, general lighting and heating/cooling, as well as any special set up or take down of similar equipment. Please contact them directly for any requests or assistance with these services in the rooms.

*A and B rooms that have the same room number can be shared, expanding total capacity to 44.
Catered events are not permitted in HSC LL103, LL203, LL204 and LL205.
Important note about Renovations in Alumni Auditorium
Alumni Auditorium will be temporarily closed and offline from 5 p.m. on Friday, May 19th through 11 p.m. on Thursday, August 31st due to planned construction and renovation work. Beginning September 1st 2017, Alumni Auditorium will be available for use; the auditorium lobby, however, will remain closed and unavailable for use until the overall renovation project is completed in Summer 2018.
