Accessible Classroom Furniture
Accessible classroom furniture is intended for persons with disabilities who are unable or have difficulty using the existing classroom furniture. To request accessible classroom furniture, please contact Disability Services at 212-854-2388 or email@example.com.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available upon request. To request an assistive listening device for one class or event, please contact the CUMC IT Service Desk at least 48 hours in advance by calling 5-Help (212-305-4357) option 5 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If an assistive listening device is needed for a student for an entire semester's class, please indicate this on the course request spreadsheet that is submitted when scheduling for the academic semester.
Assistive Technology is available upon request. Example of assistive technology include: screen reading software, screen magnification software, Braille translation software, voice recognition software, reading and writing software, video magnifiers, and others.

Captioning (subtitle for Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing)
Captioning of videos, webinars or webcasts, or podcasts are available upon request.
