The CUMC IT Service Desk (SD) sells licenses and installation media for the SPSS statistical software.
SPSS has a set license period of July 30th through July 29th of every year. Regardless of when you purchase and install the software, it will not run after the end of the license period.
To continue running the software after the end of the license period, another license must be purchased.
The Service Desk only carries the two most recent versions of SPSS for licensing. If you are running an older version would like to continue using SPSS, you must upgrade your version of SPSS.
Anyone needing to install or upgrade SPSS must also purchase an installation kit.
These rules are set by the makers of SPSS. SD sells licenses and kits as a service to the CUMC community.

The Service Desk is not able to provide assitance with using SPSS including troubleshooting. Technical support is available directly from the vendor, please see http://support.spss.com/.

Please submit the SPSS online request form - please be sure to review the information pages that precede the form. Refunds cannot be given under any circumstances once an order has been placed. Please call the CUMC IT Service Desk prior to ordering if you have any questions.
