Classroom Reservation Services
Service is for Faculty, Staff and Students
Classrooms, Auditoriums and many Conference Rooms on campus are scheduled by CUMC IT's Classroom Technology Support group. Room reservations for academic and other event use can be requested online, with many rooms including standard computing and audio/visual equipment available for use.

Service Description
Rooms that are referable through Classroom Technology Support (CTS) include classrooms in the Hammer building, Presbyterian Hospital floor 17, Alumni Auditorium and many other spaces. Many come equipped with a standard audio/video projection system and computer that are controlled by a touch panel system on the podium.

Academic course reservations are typically done via automatic data import from SIS. Special events, conferences, training and other requests are scheduled on the basis of room availability through the Resource 25 WebViewer program.

Full details on the service can be found on the Room Reservations web site.
