CROWN is the name of the electronic health record for ColumbiaDoctors. The CROWN team works closely with the Allscripts team and representatives from across ColumbiaDoctors to implement this transformative technology.
Service Description
CROWN systems have been implemented to provide access to Electronic Health Records, which may include patient demographics, past medical history, diagnosed medical conditions, prescribed medications, vital signs, immunizations, lab results, radiology reports. AllScripts is the name of a provider of software used in physician’s offices. The CROWN project has chosen Enterprise EHR (formerly TouchWorks), which is the Allscripts EHR product for large academic medical practices.
