Impact of breakfast, as part of a weight loss intervention, on body mass index in obese, elementary school children.
The purpose of this study is to determine if a weight loss program that emphasizes breakfast consumption would lead to greater improvements in weight status and dietary intakes compared to a similar weight loss program without emphasis on breakfast consumption.
