The Institute of Human Nutrition Mission
The Institute of Human Nutrition provides outstanding academic and professional degree programs in human nutrition and conducts basic science research on the role of nutrition in human health. The Institute’s educational outreach extends to projects and special contracts, symposia and other initiatives for health practitioners, policy-makers, educators, and individuals to advance understanding about the importance of nutrition for individuals and populations worldwide.
