Card Key Access All permanent faculty, staff and students will receive a basic access package. If you are having any access problems with your new card, please call us at 212.305.0238. Additional Access Ask your Department Administrator to request a service ticket through https://www1.columbia.edu/sec/cu/publicsafety/tickets/index.shtml  The request should include: The name of the employee (or student); The employee's UNI; The employee's card number; and The access needed. Access to New York Presbyterian Hospital The CUMC ID Office is only able to grant access to Columbia University Medical Center's buildings. For access to Presbyterian Hospital, please contact the NYPH ID Office at 212.305.2925. New York Presbyterian Hospital Employees Hospital employees may also receive a basic access package. Please bring your current NYPH ID badge to 1-405C Physicians and Surgeons. Library Access All current faculty, staff and students should automatically have library access. Alumni may go to the Library Information Office at 201 Butler Library to receive an alumni reading card. Please visit their website for more information. Gym Access The CUMC ID Office does not grant access to either the Bard Athletic Center or the Dodge Fitness Center.
