EAP Seminar: Meeting Your Personal Wellness Goals

No one has ever suggested that making positive behavior change is easy, but most of us don't understand why it can be so difficult.  Our resistance is certainly not caused by lack of knowledge -- for example, we all know we shouldn't smoke or eat too much junk food.  This seminar provides an overview of how people can change their habits and suggest ways to work toward wellness goals.

Objectives:  Following this seminar, participants will be better able to:

  • Understand the nature of change
  • Identify primary barriers to making healthy lifestyle changes
  • Utilize tools that have proved useful to others
