What is the Health Initiative?
CU Medical Center has launched a wellness initiative, CHI, to give faculty and staff an opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health.

The intent of CHI is to motivate individuals, provide support and promote opportunities for making positive health decisions for themselves and their families.

CHI will give faculty and staff an opportunity to participate in an annual, on-line health risk assessment (HRA) and to provide support in achieving and maintaining positive health behaviors.

What is Wellness?
Wellness can be defined as a dimension of health beyond the absence of disease or infirmity, including social, emotional and spiritual aspects of health.

What can you do achieve Wellness?
Wellness can be achieved by good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and habits.
