This is located 2 miles from the parent institution. It serves a diverse patient population, from the highest to the lowest in the socioeconomic class. It is a 2397 bed hospital. The residents at PGY 3 level rotate through the Transplant Service.

The Transplant Service rotation is under the supervision of Dr. Tracey Arnell, the General Surgery Program Director. The Transplant Service performs renal and liver transplants. The residents are exposed to the principles of transplant immunology and organ transplantation. They are directly involved in the harvesting of organs, transplant surgery and care of the transplant patients.
