Budget and Financial Planning

• Serves as the central point for budget planning, analysis, and reporting  for the four CUMC Schools and Administration
• Prepares budget submissions to University senior management and Board of Trustees
• Creates and maintains the five year capital plan and prepares necessary submissions to the Board of Trustees
• Responsible for the architecture and implementation of the AIM HI budget structure
• Oversees the technical operation and enhancement of the Consolidated Operating Budget (COB) and the Budgeting Tool (including the Payroll Module)
• Provides regular training for AIM HI, COB and Budgeting Tool
• Acts as an internal consultant to assist schools and departments with business plan modeling and cost benefit analysis
• Maintains the CUMC Financial Planning calendar including
• Current year budget versus actual
• Current year closing analysis
• Future year budget preparation and submission
• AIM HI implementation
• Budget parameter analysis and calculations
