CUMC Finance

Columbia University Medical Center Finance Office’s mission is to provide financial planning and guidance, policies and controls, and administrative infrastructure to support the pursuit of excellence and innovation in teaching, research and clinical service in the following capacities:

• Act as financial leaders of the University’s Medical Center and its four schools
• Lead, foster and perform strategic financial planning
• Develop, implement and conform to standards and policies for financial management and key performance indicators
• Establish unbiased controls and risk management  program
• Provide accurate, actionable and timely financial information
• Provide training, ongoing support and responsive customer service to all units of CUMC
